For members of the Czech Health Insurance a valid European health Insurance Card can be submitted.

Proof of a valid health insurance has to be submitted as original and as one copy. Originals are handed back after evaluation. The proof of the valid health insurance has to be carried along for possible controls during every stay in the Schengen territory

In case of applications for long term Schengen visas which are valid for several entries, it is generally sufficient to furnish proof of sufficient health insurance for the complete duration of the first stay.
